By uploading your photo you will be automatically entered into the JVC Happy Holidays Sweepstakes and your photo will be submitted for possible posting to the JVC Times Square sign. All photos are screened. When your photo is approved you will receive an e-mail with a link to the web page where you can create a personal holiday greeting using your image on the JVC Times Square sign.
By submitting the attached photograph, in exchange for consideration received, I (or parent/guardian if participant is under 18 years of age) hereby grant PIXELFire, Inc. and its successors and assigns ("PIXELFIRE") permission to use (1) the photograph that I am attaching to this e mail and (2) the likenesses of individuals who appear in the photograph, on the JVC billboard in Times Square and in any and all other media, including but not limited to the internet, without restrictions as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purpose. I hereby represent that I have obtained the permission of all individuals depicted in the photograph and I hereby release JVC and all persons functioning under its permission or authority from any and all claims related to or arising from the use of the photograph and likenesses as set forth in this Release.
